Plug Sealers

Marbocote HP Sealers are high-solids materials designed to seal various types of highly porous substrates, including gel-coated and non-gel-coated polyester and epoxy composite moulds, epoxy and polyurethane tooling boards, MDF, and more. The HP sealers are single-component, moisture-cure systems that can be wiped or sprayed onto the mould or tool. Without additional polishing, HP Series products can achieve a high-gloss surface. These fast-curing systems create a durable, long-lasting coating that is chemically resistant to all solvents and resins, making them the ideal undercoat for Marbocote release agents.
